Founded in 1922 in Dalian, a beautiful seaside city in China, CNR Dalian Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as DLRI) has developed into a professional organization specializing in the research and development, design, manufacture and sci-tech information service of railway transport power equipment.
